What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
(Guests with dinner-inclusive plans are requested to arrive by 6:00 PM.)
Check-out: 10:00 AM -
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Yes. Both early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) per person, per hour.

Do all rooms have open-air baths?
Yes. All guest rooms are equipped with a semi-open-air bath featuring 100% free-flowing natural hot spring water.

Do you have rooms with larger beds?
The bed sizes in each room type are as follows:
Twin Room: Two single beds (196 cm × 110 cm each)
Double Room: One double bed (196 cm × 139 cm)
Please note that the detached room features a twin-style layout with two double beds. -
Are there any smoking rooms?
All guest rooms are non-smoking.
A designated smoking area is available on the first-floor terrace.
Please refrain from smoking outside of this designated area. -
Are children allowed to stay?
We apologize, but we kindly ask that children aged 12 and under refrain from staying at our property.

Cancellation and modification fees apply from 7 days prior to your stay.

How can I change or cancel my reservation or plan?

Is it possible to change my room type?
Yes, changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us by phone.
Any difference in price will be settled at the property.

How much is the bathing tax?
The fee is ¥150 per person.
(For guests checking in on or after October 1, 2024, the bathing tax will be revised from ¥150 to ¥250.)

What time is dinner served?
Dinner is served from 6:00 PM.
If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please contact the property in advance.

Our cuisine is a creative kaiseki course prepared using seasonal ingredients at their peak, along with locally sourced produce.

Do you accommodate food allergies?
For food allergies, please complete the allergy declaration form below
and contact the Reservation Center at least 3 days prior to your stay.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Do you offer cakes, flowers, or other options for special occasions such as anniversaries or birthdays?
We accept online orders with advance credit card payment through the external website [cake.jp].
If you prefer to pay on-site, we can arrange the following two types of cakes:
Types & Prices (tax included)
Yufuin Cheese Vanilla Fromage: ¥2,600
Fresh Cream Cake: ¥3,000
Chocolate Cake: ¥3,300Size: All cakes are size No.4 (approx. 12 cm) only
Candles: Up to 4 candles provided free of chargeServing time: The cake will be prepared in your room to coincide with your return after dinner.
How to order: By phone or email (at least 4 days prior to your stay)We also allow guests to bring their own cakes or have cakes ordered online delivered to the property.
For online orders, please ensure advance payment and arrange delivery to arrive the day before your stay.
Please note that cash-on-delivery shipments cannot be accepted. -
I cannot eat raw fish. Can you accommodate this request?
Yes. Please contact us at least 3 days prior to your stay.
We will do our best to accommodate you with alternative dishes whenever possible.

Where is the shuttle pick-up location and what are the times?
Pick-up location: In front of the main entrance of Yufuin Station
Times: 3:00 PM / 3:30 PM / 4:00 PM / 4:30 PM
Advance reservation is required by 5:00 PM on the day before your stay. -
Is complimentary parking available?
Complimentary parking is available in front of the main entrance. No reservation is required.
If the parking area is full, we will guide you to a second parking lot. Please ask a staff member for assistance. -
