CUISINE
Drawing out the natural flavors of the meticulously selected seasonal ingredients through refined culinary techniques.
Kirara’s creative kaiseki cuisine is not about overcrafting,
but revealing—creating encounters with the true tastes of the season.
In addition, a thoughtfully curated selection of sake, wine, and shochu offers exquisite pairings, enhancing and elevating every flavor.
Experience the authentic flavors of Yufuin, right here.
Each dish is crafted to impress even the most discerning palate.
Warm dishes are served while they are still perfectly hot.
Chilled dishes are presented at the moment of their crisp perfection.
Above all, the pace of the meal is guided by our guests.

The peak of flavor lasts only a moment.
That is why meals are served in the dining room.
Please enjoy each dish
at the very moment it is at its best.
Seasonal Cuisine
In Japan, where the changing seasons paint the landscape with beauty,
we wish to present those same four seasons within each dish—and invite you to savor them.
At Kirara, we carefully select the finest ingredients of the day from the season’s bounty of sea and mountain,
and prepare them to express the very essence of the moment.
